Does the RED Cal take the place of a vitamin-mineral supplement and can it be left outside in the open, or will it cake up in the rain? Can it be used for weanlings at the same dispense?

Still need Just Add Oats vit min product. Use free choice in the weather. . Never have to even wash the bucket. Just add fresh as needed. Pour rain off the top. Only put an inch or so at a time.
