Jeanna asks about detox effects of our REDOXX

I have been taking the Redoxx for about a week. does a body go through
detox and about how long does it take.

Hi Jeanna,

Everyone is different as far as what "shows', but regardless it is working on the inside. Generally it will not have any type of harsh detoxing/cleansing effect as the main ingredient the Montmorillonite Clay will attract the toxins (esp. heavy metal) and they will bind and be carried out of the system helping to support a cleaner liver and more. There are other ingredients that help to remove the toxins from the body and being an "anti" oxidant— removing the oxidative stress that rusts our bodies so to speak. I will include link below back to webpage if you don't have brochure in hand to review. If not already, consider the "mega-dosing" aspect of the instructions upon initial usage also.

I am also attaching a brief Clay The Miracle Of Life Article (Read: Clay, The Miracle Of Life.) I think you will enjoy. (it is also on website).

Hope all this helps for you to realize even more just what a great product you have your hands on and I appreciate that you have made it part of your daily regimen.

Meredith asks about Equine Allergies…

I currently have 4 horses all running in the same pasture and barn area. 2 of them are rubbing their tails, manes, faces, and shoulders. One has little bumps all over her withers and shoulders. They have each rubbed themselves raw in places on their ears and faces. I have had several horses and have never seen this before. Do you think it could be allergies to pollen or bugs? What can we do!?

Thank you,
Meridith F.

Hello Meredith,

”"One thing you'll learn about me is that many conditions are a cause of one's body trying to get rid of something.

You see, it really doesn’t matter what the horse IS allergic to. I have found that allergy tests ALWAYS turn out to be allergens that you can’t possibly eliminate from the environment.

The key is to detox and help the body get rid of junk from a variety of sources man-made and environment AND support the immune system.

There's things I don't know about your current situation, but I will go ahead and say get off commercial feed— this being the biggest sources of allergens overall.   My feeding program is the foundation to build upon.

If not done so already- see the first article in the magazine (link below) which is about allergies And the link below on What To Feed Your Horse. I deal with hundreds of allergy cases yearly. They are always allergic to everything per the previous testing (most have already been to the vet schools etc. Before I see them) they do great when you change the feed and properly supplement.

I suggest our Just Add Oats, our Weight Check oil and Red Cal as the feeding program. (at least provide the RED CAL – no blocks or rocks!) To support the detoxing- provide our Health Check and our then our Aller Check to support the immune system.

Of course our BUG CHECK should be provided— and don't be folled by the name- it is much more than just a "bug/fly" product with so much goodness and so economical it should be provided year-round.

Again, if not done so… I have lots more info online including the audios/videos/articles in the "Library" (link below) that you can review to further help make your decision.

I hope this info helps and I appreciate you asking.

Thanks Meredith!

Hello,

I hope you enjoyed a blessed and safe weekend wherever you are in the world.

A quick update on last weeks email in which I announced my new presence on Facebook so that I can connect with more of you, more often. As of this writing I have now connected with over 370 friends and having a great time of it as we continue to learn the ropes of that arena.

I appreciate your friendship above all else. In fact it was that reason we didn’t create a "fan" page presence and decided to stay with the traditional "friend" listing.

When you connect with me, I want it to be as a friend and not a fan—the latter, just don’t seem right.

The questions coming through the different sites on the internet continue to keep me enjoyably busy.

Most questions are from horse owners and if you’ve read those postings you see that very very often I refer people to the information shared at WhatToFeedYourHorse.com

Another common thread that runs through the questions and the situations that many face with their horses, pets and themselves is the need to De-tox and to De-ox!

DePlan…

The natural ingredients in our products often serve as catalysts that trigger a bodies built-in mechanism to help to restore health.

A search on the AskDrDan.com site for the word "detox" will bring up a number of questions/answers about situations in which I discuss the need to get rid of the bad stuff from within… and these are issues that you and your animals are dealing with not just on the inside, but on the outside as well!

If you go to these search results> http://askdrdan.com/?s=detox you’ll gather much more information than I can share in just one email, and I encourage you to do so.

Red-Cal, Redoxx, Health Check and Joint Check (for both horses and pets) and Cleanse Factor are the products we have formulated and that you’ll see referred by me to help accomplish your need to fight toxins and the oxidative stress present in the environment. Each of these products feature potent and proven ingredients that simply and naturally get the job done!

Even our Grape Balm products with Grape Seed Extract are invaluable products that will help with many surface conditions.

Chemicals With In Us…

National Geographic paid $15,000 to test a writer for toxins within his body and as you will see in his article he found out more than he wanted to and went on a journey to learn more about this problem.

Now while this article (click here to open) is reporting the findings from a human perspective, it is relevant to horses and pets as well.

It’s important now more than ever to ask yourself…

What on earth, will I, my horse or my pet- breathe, eat, drink or touch today?

We’ll be here to help.

Martine w/ question about Bug Check (& welts)

Ok, so I have bug check, but my horse won’t eat it even with oats. What is the secret to get my horse to eat this garlic stuff? She gets really bad welts every summer, and they wind up open sores; so she needs help Help!

Thank you for your expedient response.

Just start over with a pinch and work back up..it is just never an issue but sometimes they do have to get used to it.

Just so you know it is less than 10% garlic.

Also if your horse has sores you may want to do more than Bug Check. sounds like you need to pull out the "big guns" see the first article in the magazine on allergies, also see the what to feed your horse website below and also go to the www.askdrdan.com website and search for allergies, hives, etc.

Don’t get me wrong BUG CHECK is awesome and helped thousands and thousands but if sores develop, the problem is not just bugs, the whole immune system should be addressed.

I suggest Aller Check for immune support. Health Check to help detox the body with liver support (to help get rid of the "junk" that is already in the body.

I also suggest the feeding program instead of commercial feeds that contain all types of potential allergens. (allergies start in the gut.

Cassie asked about natural treatment for uveitis / moon blindness…

Is there a natural horse treatment for uveitis or moon blindness?

Thanks

Yes and no.

Nothing specific but we have had great success with our Critical Care Founder/Laminitis formula. This formula is tremendous support for any inflammatory situation including this one.

Personally I feel that this situation is very related to environmental issues from chemicals, such as one might find in dewormers vaccinations etc. Therefore is would also seem important to help get rid of such "junk" in the body.

For this detox support Redoxx and our Joint Check (this also has anti-inflammatory benefits and antioxidant properties. See the magazine page 36 to see how it would take 11 buckets of carrots and apples to equal one scoop antioxidant wise, note everything in Heath Check is already in Joint Check). One other issue is to not put more "junk" back in. Commercial feed is also a source of such. See the info on what to feed your horse below to help with this contributing factor.

Thanks for asking!
